Hello! My name is Ethan and this is my first BP forum post. I’m excited to get to know you all.

I am 20 years old and live in Rogers Minnesota. I first became aware of real estate when I read Rich dad Poor dad and realized that there was a path to wealth that didn’t require a college degree. This really sparked my interest in entrepreneurship and investing as “career paths” so to speak and I’ve since dove head first into self education on those topics. I recently finished @brandonturner ‘s book on rental property investing and plan to read “The house hacking strategy” by @craigcurelop early in 2020.

I currently live with my parents and work in full commission inside sales. My goal for 2020 is to house hack my first property using an FHA loan and rent out either rooms or units, depending on what type of property meets my criteria. I really look forward to networking and learning from more experienced investors on the forums!

Thanks for reading
