Quah I was actually in ,Kuala Lumpur for 5 days in 2011, then jumped over to Singapore as well ( made a few trips)( incredible food).

So, when I'm given the grim news that without proper protection, if someone trips on a board at my house, breaks a fingernail, so that I'm going to be sued for $1 million and they're going to collect -- well, I simply don't buy it.  

The main characters are Attornies, Real Estate Agents, CPA's, Inpectors, and General Contractors.  

As we are in open communication, I asked him to provide some proof of character, business, show me documents, terms before I moved forward.

I am wondering if I look at, investigate, research real estate while traveling am I able to write off the trip?

I weeded out one provider right away, which I probably would not of if I did not make the trip. 

I would assume the same, that a broker would be tripping all over themselves to get me into properties and do whatever else it takes to keep me interested and moving forward.

We took a trip over spring break back to the area to have a realtor show us some places and were disappointed to find that 6 of the 8 properties we sent him on Sunday evening were gone by Tuesday morning.

I just came back from a trip to Ohio and I loved it.
