Pro subscriber Randy Hinkle responded to my post seeking a lender. He says he can provide a $3M loan for my client company, with only a upfront fee of $500 to draw up the loan documents.

I am trying to do due diligence on the guy. He says that he is listed as one of the 10 most legitimate lenders on BP.  Can anyone confirm that and/or how do I determine if Randy is legit? If he is legit, great! If anyone has done any business with Randy, please let me know the nature and outcome.
