Interested to look into comprehensive turnkey properties in US

Hello, i'm calvin from malaysia, i would love to look into some turnkey properties that are feasible to invest in the States. A lot of information has been pour saying to be aware on some problems with turnkey that would be a problem for foreigner, what would be your best advice and recommendation to get tenanted turnkey properties in a good city nowadays?

@Quah Lake Jen  you have good reason to be cautious many of the travelling road shows that have come to Malaysia had some suspect companies behind them selling promises and not delivering.. living there and investing in the US is HIGHLY risky I don't care who or where you do it.

So use caution ..

Many of the travelling road shows got outlawed from Singapore because of the loss's being taken by Singapore and Malay investors .. who got talked into buying into war zone Ghetto properties not understanding what they were and that US tenants by and large are and can be very tough to manage.
