I am particularly interested in wholesale and rental properties.For now, I am looking to network and learn as much as I can.

However, if people are at the event, I can network and let them know about a duplex in the area that's being newly renovated and is going to be looking for renters.

I am a french divorced mother of 2. I have worked in a manufactory for 25 years. I left to have flexibility to be there for my chidren since they need me even when they are at their fathers'.

So I decided to join this forum and network and learn from everyone here.

Work on creating a list of buyers, network to find them and write down a description of their property types/interests.

I'm here to network and build relationships with like minded and knowledgeable experience individuals.

Unfortunately, I have a tendency to suffer from analysis paralysis and would continue to study the subject forever but never do anything.So to get the ball rolling I am interesting in networking with people in the greater Denver, CO area who are agents or lenders and possibly mentors as well.

Talk to wholesalers because they do have deals,  and keep building your network. 

The agent is at the top of her game and is very creative, with a huge network of buyers.

Problem is nobody knows when that will be including the guru's, pundits and talking heads on the networks.
