Hi everyone! My name is Ron Atienza and I am new to this forum, and real estate investing in general. I am a Nurse Anesthetist by trade and that consists of putting people to sleep for surgery. Although I love my job and make a decent living doing it, I know that in order to build some wealth that I can pass on to my children I need to create something that will generate an income on the side.

I heard about bigger pockets from the podcasts and enjoy the interviews and the information that is provided. So I decided to join this forum and network and learn from everyone here. Hopefully one day I would be providing valuable insight to future members who are in my situation right now.

Aside from working and family life, I've picked up running and I am currently training for my first Full Marathon!

Brandon Turner, yeah I stumbled on the podcast and the interviews are so informative! I didn't even know about this site prior, but I am glad I found it! Before running half-marathons, the most I ever ran was about 3-4 miles!

Mehran Kamari, I hope to get to where you are at one day. And that's awesome for your Brother! I do see similarities with running and real estate investing.

Natasha Hylton, Hi neighbor! I grew up in the inland empire, well, in the high desert (Victorville). But I went to school in Riverside and was always in the IE so I'm quite familiar with the area. My wife is actually from Corona so we still go out there and visit friends and family!
