french newbie from Quebec, Canada, looking for knowledge, networking, business partners, buyers and sellers

I am a french divorced mother of 2. I have worked in a manufactory for 25 years. I left to have flexibility to be there for my chidren since they need me even when they are at their fathers'.
I am learning right now to invest in real estate, I haven't done any yet. I only have a house that we live in.
I am starting with wholesale and after lease options for 1rst income and start having some passive income. Later I want to learn other types of real estate investments and grow to have a better life for my daughters and myself.
I am looking for knowledge, to meet people, to find people who want to collaborate with me in this business, to find buyers and sellers.
Since I don't have any experience, I don't have anything to offer right now, but with experience I will be able to pay it forward. Do any of you want to help me ?
