Landlords Let's Start Planning for National Night Out

On the first Tuesday in August, the National Sheriff's Association encourages us to walk outside our homes/rental properties and meet the neighbors.

This year I want to ask you, my fellow BP Landlords, to do something in front of your properties to strengthen the neighborliness of the neighborhood. It will only boost your bottom line.

Will you join me? NNO is on August 6.

What type of gathering could you plan?

We had a great time and a super turn out! I was able to raise $320 from 8 other neighboring landlords. That covered DJ costs.
