Kind of like asking your flight's airline pilot to teach you to fly.Read BP posts, buy books, take action, study, talk to people, sit around courthouse observing hearings, pull case files, knock on doors, go to seminars.

This is why I'm hesitant to think that you'll automatically see a similar boom in the next major city that sees a Colorado style law passed.

Hi @Tycee TylerThere are different ways to go about learning the ropes of real estate investing and actually doing it.If you are a self-starter, there is plenty of resources on biggerpockets to teach you how to do it: regular webinars, podcasts, videos, guides, links to books you can read and put in practice.Browser the link "Education" in the menu bar at the top.If you need hand holding and mentoring to go and do it, there are a number of companies out there who can help.To find them, go to meetup events or real estate events in your area, there is usually several people who can happy to teach you for a fee.Just make sure that they are actually out there doing it and they can back up their claims.if need be, shoot me an email if you need further info.Best of luck in your journey.
