I am closing another NARS trust deal this month on a home on 5 acres just south of ORegon City.

Plan B is to look in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area, probably center city south to Greenwood, though I do like the areas/communities just north of Indianapolis.

I have four rental houses in south carolina its o.k, but dealing with renters is a full time job by itself.

I became interested in RE a couple of months ago and started educating myself, and I've fleshed out a preliminary plan.I'm in Southern CA right now, but I will most likely be moving back East/South in the next 2-3 years (WV, OH, KY and NC/SC are possibilities at this time), so holding property long-term in this area doesn't make sense right now.

Many of these almost retired people did not save for retirement for whatever reasons....and will only rely on SS and perhaps a small savings.... this is a hard known fact....Great for those who will continue to afford living here..... the good thing is that there is an option.... and many Americans are going South of the border....Mexico is still close....where they can go back and visit their loved ones or they can be visited there as well....thanks for your comments,
