just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

My name is Anthony and I'm a complete NEWB to real estate. I just turned 23 and graduated college and have been looking to buy a property/condo for myself. That's what really sparked my interest in REI. I'm the type of person that always looks for a bargain and i thought maybe i could find a property significantly lower than current market value sooo...i've been doing a lot of research in the home buying process and in looking for homes...no luck yet in finding something i'd like within my price range.
Anyway, the more research i do, the more excited and turned on i get about REI. I'm very motivated and love the idea of "making a deal" so REI is definitely within my future...which i'm hoping sooner than later.

So currently i'm trying to find Bank REO properties since i think that would the best way to get a bargain with all the foreclosures there are in S.FL. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been reading various posts on this site, and all the info is AWESOME! this is a great site and thanx ahead of time for all the help and advice i will be getting.

-Anthony
