I am an active real estate investor in the south florida area, replacing my full time job as a programmer.

I buy and sell houses all over the country... do you have any houses that you want to sell, or buy?

I have a high risk tolerance, so I'm open to all sorts of deals. I like to exercise that "risk muscle" that Frank McKinney refers to all the time.
