A mentor of mine by the name of Nick Ruiz had a podcast on BiggerPockets and through that, I was able to find this wonderful site chock full of RE info and those that are involved in RE.My immediate goal is to get started in Real Estate wholesaling (the right way lol) and eventually move into rehabs/fix and flips and eventually buy and holds.
