FORT WORTH RE Attorney and cpa

I am in the midst of forming a Limited Liability Company, and about to start purchasing commercial real estate. And it it quickly dawning on me I need an attorney and a cpa which specialize in real estate investing. Can anyone recommend either of these in the Fort Worth area?

I don't know anyone offhand in the Fort Worth area; however, I can reach out to a few colleagues if you'd like. 

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney. Just make sure they specialize in tax and have significant experience dealing with real estate investors.
