Hi everyone, I've been here on bigger pockets for probably a month now. I just need some advice. I'm a new investor just starting out, I have some training videos and books I have been reading and watching. But now I feel like I'm ready to put the training into action. I currently live in the south Florida area. The other day I went "driving for dollars". And to my surprise I found a hand full of distressed properties. I know what to do, but I feel a little nervous to be doing everything on my own. Just need positive feedback. Thanks
