I’m just seeking for some input from the community and this is my only rental even though I do dream of becoming a real estate investor by acquiring rentals. 

I've dabbled in real estate for the last 15 years and have made it work for me however, I haven't made it my full-time gig yet.

However, I have been extremely interested in real estate investing over the past month or so.

How would you ask a family member to loan to you for a real estate deal?

To network and find meet-ups in Northern Austin, consider local real estate investment groups, real estate networking events, conferences and seminars, local real estate agents and brokers, and online forums.

My partners and I have been running a real estate meetup for the past two years, and you are more than welcome to attend.

We lowered the price a second time and now have an offer on one building but several agents have told us we should really try to sell them together.  

Also I feel like I could offer more with seller financing, but confused on how to come up with that amount of $$$ for the rehab, pay off the balloon AND construction loan.

DSCR loans, while still a relatively new product, continue to expand in use and popularity for investors looking to achieve financial freedom through real estate.
