I've dabbled in real estate for the last 15 years and have made it work for me however, I haven't made it my full-time gig yet. That is my plan. Been looking for answers to some business questions on how to receive investors and how to pay myself while working the deals and what not.  Best part is, I have multiple people saying they will invest in me.
