If the market changes or costs go up, etc., your flexibility is limited and interest keeps ticking. 

There are good wholesalers in PA, I agree with that, but overall, in any market, 99 percent of the wholesalers are bloodsuckers who don't care about the sellers, don't know rehab costs, and overinflate ARV on purpose.

That will cause a sellers market due to multiple bids over bids and properties now appraising back on positives. 

I didn't really rehab them much but was thinking the hot market pushed the process up enough.
