Newbie Interested in House Hacking
Hello everyone, I'm Olivia! I just recently moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan and I am super excited about starting my real estate investing journey. I've been interested in real estate for the past couple years (after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad) and have finally started diving into BP and analyzing deals. In the next year, I'd like to purchase my first small multi-family property in the Grand Rapids area that I can house hack. Would love to connect with other house-hackers or any other investors to learn as much as I can!
