A manufactured home is the newer (easier to digest) term for a mobile home.

I'm looking into buying a property to use as a vacation rental and found a good potential lead, but am hesitating as it is a manufactured home.

The only thing that wasn't included in the instructions was that the JDF 98 (Affidavit of Service) also needs to be filed with JDF 104 and 107 above.

Looks like it will need a new roof soon but I don't know more than that from the pictures of the outside.Behind it is 3/2 double wide manufactured by Champion in 1992 also on a .35 acre lot.
