It’s not as easy as it was 5 years ago but it’s certainly not impossible, especially if you have a two income family or are single and willing to house hack.

They would be risking going out of business for unforeseen events that are impossible to track.

Not impossible, but trickier if the retail space is occupied already.Plan for surprises.

Hello everybody,I'm new to this forum.I've been reading Brandon's book and learning a lot.However, Seen from a European perspective, things just might not work out.I am born and raised in Belgium, and live in Finland now.CAP rates are extremely low here, and taxes extremely high.What would make it impossible to create cash flow, and makes real estate even a bad investment.Am I being pessimistic?

I've anecdotally heard it's difficult or impossible but don't know anyone that's tried or heard directly from the city.

It's not impossible to get started now, but be very, very conservative calculating your resale price at the time you buy. 

Without that, it's impossible to evaluate an opportunity and move forward.

That's nearly impossible.

Listing agents are impossible to reach too.
