I also see no mention of age of these sorts of major systems; if they are near end-of-life you will incur the cost of replacement sooner.Then we have to get the utility picture to be more clear.

Hi Reed,Becoming a paying member on putting it in the marketplace on here might yield her some results with pictures and descriptions of the property.

Also, I needed to take pictures of the beams underneath and again, the junk is blocking access.

i looked at a house yesterday where the walls were bare, but you could still see where ALL pictures/frames were hanging. in fact, you could see the string that was holding the frame clearly.in fact, you could read the words that were written on the back of the frame. not sure what the hell was going on, but it was funny as hell.

Since you are not local to the property,communication(weekly updates with before and after pictures) through out the entire process would be a main factor for me.

Also, complete your profile by uploading a picture if possible, it just makes it nice to be able to visualize the person we are talking with.

I have been so busy I have not had the time to look at big picture stuff like goals.But here are the results for the 1st quarter 2013 9 properties closed - sales4 under contract waiting for settlement3 properties acquired and being renovated or waiting to be rented. 10+ other properties taken via tax sale foreclosure.
