Eagle Rock, Blue Mountain, PA - Motivated Seller (Advice)

Hi All,

A colleague of mine purchased a piece of land (1/3 of an acre) in Eagle Rock, Blue Mountain PA. She was lured into buying it in the hope that the area would take off.

She doesn't have the capital to build a house and would like to break even; just walk away (very motivated seller). Had enough of her money being tied in something that isn't appreciating like she had expected.
