Hello all,

I'm a new and very green investor from the Enchanted Mitten. I've spent several years on the sidelines reading a lot of material (Allen, Sheets, Terry, Kiyosaki, etc) and trying to find a way to enter the investment arena. In all the reading I have found many great ideas but everything lacked the detail needed for me to begin (must be why they all have 'Academy's' and such).

I know there are deals in this area as several houses in my neighborhood have been flipped recently and, from the info I can find, at not a bad profit (they keep increasing my homes value :) ). Hope fully here in the not too distant future one of those will be mine.

I'm currently making my way through the beginner's guide here on BP and am slowly exploring the site. I am also looking to network with both investor's in the local area and around the country. If you have any thought's as to a good place to begin my career I am open to suggestions.

See you around the site.

Brian Schultz
