the housing market is at its highest it can get, is it wise to invest in this field now?

I was a Director of Sales with a 25 year career in medical devices. 

We do Selfstorage, country subdivision lots, getting permits for contractor flex buildings and buying or planting Teak fields with value add in Belize.  

I have a strong compulsion to email this James Altucher in regards to the path I am planning to take into the field of TLCs and Wholesale Deeds to see what he might have to say, but in turn I am wondering about his reputation from outside perspectives.

Also there would be medical licensing issues to sort out.On a related idea, one of the BP podcasts (sorry -- can't remember which one!)

At the moment my interest in Real Estate is high due to the lack of over all knowledge/experience I have in the field.
