Hello everyone,

My name is James and I'm currently a 21 year old college student. At the moment my interest in Real Estate is high due to the lack of over all knowledge/experience I have in the field. My goal on the site is to learn as much as I can and hopefully find some like minded individuals along the way.(this isn't meant to be a mentor request, just a statement) 

During my research online, BP has popped up multiple times and I've been impressed with some of the forum discussions I've read. Anyway I'm bad at introductions so I'll cut this off with a good evening to anyone on Eastern time, and to those who happen to be at the beach in Florida, the sky is quite beautiful.
