Considering long-term rental as a better option, I listed the property, but after three months on the market and only receiving low offers, I'm reevaluating.

So far, it seems like the property (listed on Airbnb and VRBO) is performing well above average for the area.

Whether or not anyone decides to enforce it, wholesaling is a clear net listing violation and a clear fiduciary violation, like in both cases open and shut cases.

Bigger Pockets has a list of recommended DSCR lenders that they themselves have vetted/are comfortable reccomending.

The bigger your list, the more likely you will get bookings from it.  

Since then I have closed 10 deals as an agent (5 of them closed in January), currently have 7 active listings & 4 deals under contract.

@Bette Hochberger is your question for annual property tax assessments or applying it to the land versus building allocation when it comes to listing it on your depreciation schedule for taxes?
