Beginning my REI Journey in NJ (Gold Coast)

Mark A Bunbury Jr.
Posted

Hi all,

After much research on BP and a few other sites (Onerentalatatime), discussions with my realtor/some REI friends and reviewing tons of listings, I am in the process of making my first real estate investment in Jersey City. I also own/co-own two condos in the Jersey City Heights neighborhood.

Would love to connect with experienced folks in the Gold Coast (NJ) area, as I have a particular interest in Jersey City/Bayonne.

I've spent a lot of time trying to get a good understanding of the basics and would love to get as much practical insights as possible so welcome any advice/mentors. I also grew up in Jersey City and have lived here for the past 12+ years so have a lot of knowledge on the neighborhoods here. So if I can be helpful there, happy to be a resource.
