Question for real estate agents who specialize in STR

I recently spoke with a STR investor who got a recommendation for an interior designer from their real estate agent. So far, it seems like the property (listed on Airbnb and VRBO) is performing well above average for the area. That got me thinking - do you offer any suggestions to your clients for services to help them set up their properties? If so, what kind of services are you typically recommending and which do your clients most need/appreciate?
