One big issue is the ground water , we dug a test hole for footers and its too wet , so the engineer has to come bask and design engineered footers

I've been a mechanical engineer for the 6 years since I graduated college, and for a while have had the goal of financial independence by the time I'm 40.

Although I graduateed on engineering university 7 and half ages ago, it is basically impossible to get a job.

They would need to have an engineer model out capacity needs for the space and the tenant improvements cost can get expensive.

Some localities will require an engineer’s approval, some won’t.

I work full time as a Civil Engineer (50-55 hour work week) and will obviously have a tough time devoting time and effort towards flipping.

I was told by L&I to retain a contractor and engineer to get the problem fixed.

Get a foundation expert / structural engineer to look at it.
