Now, the silly part is that below the roof line standoff the telephone wires are attached against the outside wall and near the box, unlike the electrical at the weather-head and meter-back that are kept isolated.

A lot do like to see some of your own funds bug I think you can get a lot better than 20% if the deal is strong enough.You can also consider trying to find a private investor to do the loan.Hope this helps.

Is a bit overkill.My point of the post, was there are obvious things a landlord must do legally(heat,electricity,water etc) there are some thing that we do that arent required by law, to make the tenant happy, or that is what is written in the lease, but at some point with certain tenants, it comes to a point where enough is enough. no one lives in a perfect house, every house has something wrong.
