Whats nice is that there are NO balconies so people arent outside on the balcony talking loudly on their cell phones.

Just wanted to add that my repairmen are fine with me giving them the tenant's cell and will call the tenant directly to schedule a time to go out (understanding it should be normal rate hours, not emergency).

The only benefit I get where I live, is that the landlord can't charge me a pet deposit, because my dog is equal to a medical device, like a wheelchair - she's not legally a "pet."

I believe it was things like group internet.But adding cell towers to increase income, or getting group discounts to help lower expenses, can help the hard working but low income folks have a good clean and safe place to live at an affordable cost.You can't help someone who is not ready or willing to be helped.
