Reef Tank Therapy
Tenant has informed that is suffering from anxiety disorder and provided letter from therapist recommending 'stress-relieving aquarium' of 'proportional size to the living area, no smaller than the largest television in patient's household'.
Indicated found a great deal on cList for a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium with fish & coral and going to pick up this week. Apt is on ground level (first floor) with ceramic tile floors throughout.
Current lease has no pets and no water-bearing furniture clause. How would you handle this?
