Grace period

Is there a positive or negative to offering a grace period?   I find if u give one, most will use it almost every month so seriously considering not offering one at all from now on on all my units

I really think state laws should dictate. Connecticut forces a 10 day grace period so I have to allow one. What does law in your state say?
