I have purchased 10 in Florida this way, and has a similar process with the Quiet Title Process.Can you either of you share a attorney that you've used or spoken to about this process?

I wanted to share what I am doing and if possible, I would like your feedback.

I went there to drop off something for a person working there and, stopped in my tracks! 

My goal was to share some of my research with a sample of data to showcase the need for units. 

I personally invest in Sacramento, mostly equity plays on buy and hold rentals, but am starting to flip properties again.

It’s just like when they give you a tax beset to buy an EV and then the state charges you higher registration because you aren’t paying your fair share.

You could try getting a personal loan, they are a bit more flex with income and could give you some starting room.

You'll get to split your unit's rent with another person too ;)I think you're in a better position than other investors.

Also highly recommend attending in-person meetups!
