where do you fit in?  I’ll go first.  My BUSINESS is real estate syndication (primarily notes we originate or purchase, but also property).  As active investments I own rental property and performing notes (performing right now!, LOL), as a passive investor I invest in syndications (primarily my own), I hold some land for future value, and I invest in REITs.   How about you and your portfolio?  Where do you see yourself headed?  Which real estate investment or business has been most successful for you?
