I feel that I don't have enough experience to organize one but I am willing to try, I am just not sure about how to go about setting one up and getting people to join/attend. 

All seem to have a formal organized training program. 

If you go that route, make sure you’re organized and utilize your time the best.

In my opinion flipping houses is all about creating a great team, having a systematic approach and having a organized plan going into the project.
