Hi everyone! My name is Bryan Keefer. I've been listening to and following BiggerPockets sporadically for the past three years, but I've finally committed to becoming more involved in the community. I spent some time as a personal banker originating mortgages and HELOCs with a national bank. I now work as a Payroll Tax specialist for a national healthcare organization. I'm interested in buy and holds, house-hacking, and live-in flips.

Thanks, @Alexander Wardell ! I haven't made much progress yet, but I'm learning how to analyze deals while I prepare. I'm not sure when that'll be though because my wife and I aren't completely comfortable with investing until we are out of debt, which I conservatively believe will be in 3 years. So I have some time to learn so I can be ready when something does come up.
