I have been trying to find a local real estate club in my local area and am not have much luck so I was wondering how would I go about starting one in my city?  I feel that I don't have enough experience to organize one but I am willing to try, I am just not sure about how to go about setting one up and getting people to join/attend.  Any advice would be appreciated
