However, keep in mind that “landlord friendly” is only 1 piece of the equation.

It is not uncommon, especially with multifamily properties, that days on the market actually equates to days that the tenant is being difficult and won't agree to let buyers see the space.

So its never an easy equation.

Also, and not to be a downer, but the property tax rate in El Paso is just over 3%, so make sure that is part of your equation.
