If you are best at flipping properties, I would HIGHLY suggest hiring out people to create everything for you to create the website, facebook page, logo and all that jazz. 

I have a Marketing background so I understand how important a name and logo are to promoting your brand. 

Sign riders, business cards, logo shirts & jackets, directional signs, promo products like branded pens, etc.Finally, lead generation. 

Hello:@Brandon Turner mentioned on the webinar yesterday (between the video dying - that was a rough one Brandon, but you handled it like a true performer.....the show must go on) that we could add our company logo to the BP Property Analyzer Reports.Does anyone know how this is done or do you just do it by hacking the PDF after you create it with your ninja-level photoshop skillz?

Also, Did you design your own Purchase & Sale Agreements w/ your company logo??

I know you probably are already up on the rules but as a marketing tool it is nice to be able to place the fair housing logo on your advertising.

Just go to Vistaprint and get one of those cheap/free/whatever boxes of business cards with their logo on the back.  

Still have to add company info a logo but this is what I came up with so far.  

Don't mail the exact same thing - but keep the same logo.

Are you mailing enough, with enough frequency, with a brand logo, with the right selling points, coming across as professional, following up, etc?
