Starting a Wholesale LLC

I'm 19 & have been working under a local real estate wholesale company  as an intern for a couple of months . I was thinking about starting my own investment company soon in another city. Any tips or advice you could give me?

Also, are the any investors in the Hampton Road area looking for someone in Wholesale??
