Can Someone Provide Examples of Letters or Postcards That Work
I am in desperate search of GREAT examples of letters and postcards that are being mailed that investors and wholesalers are using. I have made some generic ones that are just not working. So I went to Google to try and find some but they are bad.

Hey @Ray C.
I'm sending you a bunch of templates and if you want can critique your generic ones as well. With so little information, there is a wide variety of things that can possibly be improved. Are you mailing enough, with enough frequency, with a brand logo, with the right selling points, coming across as professional, following up, etc? So many things that could be leading to you not getting responses. Also, what kinda list are you mailing, list quality matters a lot. I'd be happy to help walk you through ways to improve your response rate.
