I always attach 25ft of flexible tubing for a quick feed to the outside & it has saved me a lot of grief.Then again 10inches of snow only = 1 inch of rain (unless you're downhill) :)

Reason I'm asking is I was watching a you tube video from a wholesaler in FL and there are title companies there that allow the end buyers funds to cover both transactions.

Also, there are a lot of very good videos on You Tube depending on what areas you need to focus on.
