Have you run a successful bar grill before?  

You could grill it, bake it, pan fry it, air fry it, boil it (gross, but an option) you see where Im going with this right?

@Tuan Le  Last week I went to Houston Texan Grill event hosted by Eddie Gant.

As they put more in, you give a bonus for a job done better than usually expected, that's a paycheck time.At the end of a day, before a project is completed, pull up in the afternoon, unlaod the grill, get the ice chest out with potato salad and beans and throw a steak on for each of them and of course the cooler has thier favorite beverage.

I then took the guy next door to the other unit and showed him how strong the air flow was there, but he still insisted that the unit was performing as designed.I keep grilling the guy and asking why two identical systems in a duplex would be designed to perform differently.

Your current title photo's a grill... unless you're running a Texas BBQ where that grill's the top reason someone's booking your place it's not helping you drive conversion. 

Bet he's sitting in his new backyard on your lawn chairs eating a steak cooked on your grill!

Also, an outdoor kitchen, propane fueled 4 burner unit with a bar, counter, mini coolers, grill etc...There are more, but you get the idea.Obviously I can put them all on Craigslist and sell them, but that would require me to go through the trouble of finding out the brand/model number, how much it was when new, if it's fully functional or not, and show it, negotiate etc...Are there other alternatives?

Our house is pretty rural and there is really only one restaurant and another that seems to change names and ownership yearly to eat out.Everyone cooks in our kitchen and grill on the deck daily.

I've found 4-5 bigger gas or charcoal grills sitting by the side of the road in the last few years.
