Hi, new member here from Houston, TX. I have registered for awhile but just getting myself to spend more time learning from pros in BP now. My name is Suhendri. I have been living in Houston more than 10 years. I don't have much experience in Houston beside have couple notes and a rental property bought from MLS. By profession i am a software developer. I am here to learn more about analyzing deals, finding deals, rental properties, landlord, dealing with tenants, managing property, connect with wholesalers, landlord, lenders, contractors, handy man, etc. And of course, offer advice anyhow i can, maybe not in necessary in real estate. I also have been to couple local REI networking events in Houston and met Huy, Chris, Waylon whom also members on this site and encouraged me to hang out more, checkout BP's podcast, which is awesome!
