Contractor appreciation gift ideas

I'm selling a property that is closing this week and want to send appreciation gifts to the contractors who worked on the house. I did a little experiment on this property and did my first "virtual" rehab". I paid my agent a fee to supervise and hire all the contractors. He purchased all the materials and hired the contractors. I paid the contractors directly, and talked to some of them on the phone, but haven't met them. The GC did a great job identifying repair issues and finding economical ways to do things. The HVAC guy was a true problem solver and saved me a ton of money.

It was a good deal and I want the contractors to know how much their work is appreciated. Are cash gifts/bonuses too weird? Gift cards.....to where? I'm drawing a blank.

I worked for two REI partners years ago and every time they sold something, everyone on the team got paid a bonus. A check from escrow would just show up in the mail. There really were gifts as we were already very well paid. Just want to pay that tradition forward a little but unsure what would be appropriate. Ideas?
