These two books are great and will help your mind open up and get you into the right mindset to be in Real Estate or any other business ventureStep 3: Start networking, talking with people, look at houses, study the market you want to invest in, find a Real Estate Agent (although I never use them to find houses myself, I only use them for paperwork).As time goes, things fall into place.Good luck
