Requesting Forms - NJ

BP,

Anyone from the NJ area have solid, time-tested forms (Lease Agreement, Rental Application etc.) they've been using and would be kind enough to share?

I've read Mike Butler's book Landlording on Auto-Pilot and learned a lot, despite the fact that the book I received had a lot of forms ripped out by the previous owner. Now, as common knowledge dictates, one must search & search all there is to know about their state specifics and I've been trying to compile my own checklist which I was planning would result into drafting my own forms.

I stopped short while thinking I'd just ask the community since even after the completion of my own forms, I still would have a bit of doubt in my mind having never used them.

What I'm looking to compile:

- Screening Policy Document (do you: issue these to applicants, post these on the advertisements, or tell them in person?)

- Criteria for Applicants Document (do you: issue these to applicants, post these on the advertisements, or tell them in person?)

- Consent to Release Information

- Rental Application

- Lease Agreement

- Renter's Insurance (I'm still confused of this process. Do they sign off on a form provided by me, get their insurance, then provide me with proof of insurance by submitting a copy?)

Thanks,

Michael
