Looking for success stories for non-bank buy and hold financing
I'm looking for non-bank ways to finance buy and hold properties. IE any story about a successful non-traditional long term financing of a deal.
I've heard of folks going to credit unions who do portfolio loans to get past the 4 limit or the 10 limit.
What other stories?
tnx curt
